If they had been truthful from the beginning, it would have been a different situation. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that they would not sell me that car, I would be back next week if purchased it that day. I didn't even get to see the car initially advertised. for all I knew the car wasn't even on the lot even though I called twice prior to heading out to go to the dealership, no one mentioned then or even that day that the car wasn't even in working condition. I believe the text I received said " the Elantra doesn't even run". Suddenly, I was faced with a price tag of $18k being pushed on me. Fortunately, I had forgotten to lift a freeze on my account, causing a delay that allowed me to explore other dealerships. When I inquired about the banks involved in the credit checks, seeking clarity on which bank had approved me for an uncomfortably high monthly amount, I encountered evasiveness. After enduring a day and a half of frustrating text exchanges with three different individuals pressuring me on insurance and other matters, while sidestepping my credit query, I was eventually provided with a list of five bank names by a supervisor. When I asked which bank had approved me for the substantial sum, another bank name was casually mentioned. I questioned whether this meant six hard inquiries on my credit, but received no response. Even now, over a week later, I continue to receive notifications from banks regarding the use of my social information. While I acknowledge falling for the deceptive tactics used, I vow to steer clear of your dealership and warn others about the scheme I experienced. Nevertheless, good luck with the bait trick; you might have to choose a different car from the 2013 Hyundai you mentioned, which the salesman informed me doesn't even run. More

We were very happy with the service. We purchased our 2017 brand new van at Chris Nickel. Each time we took the van in for service we were satisfied with the service.
