WHEN I BROUGHT THE JEEP IN FOR THE WARRANTY WORK AND THE DEFROST RECALL, I WAS TOLD THERE IS ANOTHER RECALL THAT NEEDS TO BE HANDLED, BUT, THE PART WAS NOT IN STOCK. Literally took my truck to the service department to get an estimate on a piece needing replaced under the front bumper. Got the estimate, guy goes back out to do what we discussed. He then comes back and says “I need you to follow me.” I’m thinking we’re going to sign off on what they done or something. He takes me out to my truck and says, “I finished with your truck and parked it here (behind some customer’s vehicles) and someone backed into your truck.” I can’t even speak I’m so mad. I call my boyfriend who’s inside and tell him. Now here’s what’s making me even more mad, dude never said sorry or hey, let me see what our service department would charge to fix this. My truck still has paper tags on it. Literally got it February 21st. No I didn’t get my truck from them but it was in their possession when the incident occurred. I’m extremely livid! More
