My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of dealing with Alan and th rest of the staff that we interacted with. They were up front with thier pricing and the way that they did business and made dealing with Alan and th rest of the staff that we interacted with. My experience was mixed. I found that the Finance Department was second to none on personality and performance! They were able to negotiate a very low interest rate considering my lack of history, an Department was second to none on personality and performance! They were able to negotiate a very low interest rate considering my lack of history, and the car was very well priced! They provide a wonderful warranty, and I love my vehicle so far. My problem, however, was in my sale. I unfortunately did not find my salesman helpful or easy to work with. As a first time buyer, I did have a lot of questions, and he acted visibly inconvenienced by them. I was insulted because I did not feel like I was treated as an intelligent person, but was expected to throw my money away with no info. I thought the world would end when I asked for a warranty brochure. He knew very little about the car. He diid not know how much the vehicle cost until he had financed it incorrectly into my figures, and I asked him to look it up on the website. I looked at the car a day before I bought it and told him I would bring my boyfriend back the next day as a second opinion. He stated, " do you need your boyfriend to make all your decisions for you?" I found that offensive. A coworker bought a car a week later from him and described him as nothing but helpful. I can't help but wonder if he treated her better because she was buying a much more expensive vehicle. If so, that is very disappointing. I like to think he was having a bad two days, or like I said, I did ask a lot of questions. Sometime people just clashi suppose!I know this is how he makes his living, and I'm sure he sells a lot of vehicles. In the end, If it hadn't been for the finance staff, I would have walked out. * I was going to leave my opinion to myself, but my co workers experience changed my mind. More

I was very pleased with the services provided by Bryan and his knowlege of the cars on the lot. Most places I visited had to make me wait while they went to look up what cars they had. The only reason for purchasing else where was the selection of what I was looking for was limited and either out of my price range or had over 70,000 miles on it. I will definitely recommend Bryan if I know of people lookin for a car! More

Attepmted to get a price by using internet contact found on dealers website. Asked for best price on the vehicle, first was offered full sticker price. Second offer was slightly below sticker, at the same t on dealers website. Asked for best price on the vehicle, first was offered full sticker price. Second offer was slightly below sticker, at the same time the dealership was advertising this vehicle at almost $3k below sticker on their website. Was told by internet sale person that was the best he could do as it was the only vehicle like it in the area. Felt like the internet sales person was dishonest, would not consider a purchase from this dealership in the future. More

He made several suggestions, and ultimately won our business, by "Selling" the vehicle. I referred my youngest son to him, and he also purchased a vehicle from Jerome.
