I applied and was told I could get into a car. That is why you got 1 star. That part was true. Ryan to me from Jose. Never met Jose. Anyway, I asked what car he sent me the pic with info. Price was stated at 9600 cash or finance. I got there going on over 24 hours no sleep and I told him that. He kept me till closing and I made the mistake of signing before I was coherent. He ended up charging me 3000 more than the price before financing. That was just the surprise new price then he loaned me a car that someone else had already bought. (It even says it in the keys he handed me) 2 and 1/2 weeks and 3 trips (4hours per trip). I can finally come test drive the car. I do not trust this salesman and do not want to do business with him. He is not a trustworthy person. I do not know how the rest of your salesmen operate but if they are like this one I dealt with then you should be ashamed. More

Lee did a great job, but they seem to be short handed. I called multiple times and would be transferred but nobody would answer the phone.
