I would like to start out by saying that I can't rate Allen Starks because I have no clue who he is.Now on to my salesman Jose Conchas. Jose worked hard for me but was not forthcoming. We talked through everything I needed including the oil change,recall information and warranty work. Then we agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. That was a Friday. I had to call the following Tuesday to find out what was going on since they never called me. They tried to charge me for what was warranty when I went to pick up. We initially agreed on $22.95 just for them to try and bill me almost $570. They also altered the document I signed that had my price after I signed it. I ended up paying over $80 when it was said and done after I argued. We do not recommend them. More

I started using app cargurus and selected the Ram 2500 not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Early the next day received a phone call from Aaron and he proceeded to explain details about the veh not realizing it was in Tulsa at Patriot auto. Early the next day received a phone call from Aaron and he proceeded to explain details about the vehicle. Not realizing the vehicle was in Tulsa Aaron helped me with multiple vehicle choices. Aaron communicated with me through out day making sure my needs were met. Aaron made the out of state process extremely easy. I personally consider him a friend now. I wish more dealerships employed salesmen of his caliber. More
