The customer service at Bob Moore was excellent! I've purchased many vehicles and I have to say this was the most pleasant and non-pressured experience I've had to date. The friendliness and professionalism of the sales consultants and other staff was very much appreciated. Even though it was probably the coldest day we've had this winter, these guys walked the lot with me, let me test drive and made sure that I got the vehicle I wanted at what I felt was a price I could definitely afford. I was given what I felt was a very fair price for my trade-in. I also had an order for a hitch to be added to my vehicle. I purchased it on Saturday and by the following Tuesday the hitch had already been ordered and installed. The actual salesperson who sold me my new 2012 Dodge Durango came to my workplace, picked up my vehicle and brought it back to me complete with new hitch within a couple of hours. How convenient! I was glad that the person who sold my Dodge to me actually came out, instead of an anonymous employee that I wasn't familiar with. That is excellent service! I went to Bob Moore to find a user car. This was my first time to buy a car from a dealership. I found a Ford Escape that I wanted. It was an 05 and had 84000 miles. I did my research and found that this price was too high for this car. The car was in average condition (there were scratches, dents, the passenger fender was bent in really badly, car panels were torn and peeling off, the head liner was torn and coming off, etc). I test drove the car and asked the salesman if we could negotiate the price. The manager came out and blatantly told me that I was ridiculous for asking to compromise. He told me that their price was more than reasonable. I showed him edmunds and Kelly blue book values and he still refused to deal with me. I was fully prepared to buy a car from them but due to the lack of cooperation and mere professionalism I walked out. I will never go back. I found a better deal at Joe Cooper where the people would actually talk to me. More
