Unfortunately, the truck I purchased had numerous issues, requiring nearly $10,000 in repairs. Since every vehicle, whether new or used, is a reflection on the dealership’s reputation, I was disappointed that my vehicle didn’t match the high level of service the team provided. With better quality control, they could truly elevate their customer experience and dealership reputation. More
