The negotiations were held in a professional manner. I felt zero pressure and actually had to call the dealership back the next week to negotiate again. Appointment wasn’t honored. I was told I need a transmission flush for $300 but Chris Nickel said I don’t have a transmission that flushes on my model. It was a series of mistakes along with not honoring the online appointment. I switched to Chris nickel. It’s cheaper and they tell me I have different parts than what you tried to charge me for.
