I was visiting from California and needed to have my passenger headlight replaced before I had to drive back for a wedding. He told me to come in and they’d get me taken care of. He and his service team got me squared away and back on the road a little more than an hour after I walked into the dealership. The manager here was awful. He wanted to offer me well under the value of a car. He tried to say a lot was wrong on a trade. He didn’t know his stuff and he was cocky. My wife and I went car shopping at Patriot Buick GMC on Saturday, March 30, 2024, after texting Lynese, a dealership salesperson, and expressing interest in purchasing a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Carbon Pro E Saturday, March 30, 2024, after texting Lynese, a dealership salesperson, and expressing interest in purchasing a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Carbon Pro Edition. Lynese greeted my wife and me upon our arrival. She made us feel comfortable in the showroom. This was our best car-buying experience ever. Lynese was very informative and patiently answered our questions. We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours with our new vehicle. Nowadays, it is commonly seen that car salespeople don’t do a good job and that their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. However, salespeople like Lynese provide excellent customer service. The overall experience at the dealership was enjoyable. We will continue to come to Patriot Buick GMC in the years ahead. More
