Purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 cash money and noticed when leaving the dealership a chip in the windshield. The manager was rude and tried to say how do we know you didn’t do this on the way home. We bought a certified 2020 xt4 and paid cash, love the car untill we got home only to see the rims were all chewed up. We are seniors and didn't look close at the time of purchase. When I called the manag car untill we got home only to see the rims were all chewed up. We are seniors and didn't look close at the time of purchase. When I called the manager the very next morning he said "it's your car now it left here fine". We only drove it home and saw it in the daylight the next day. The 3 day return policy is an outright lie because the manager said well you did that damage on your way home. This could not happen because it's on all 4 wheels. We want to return the car and get our cadillac trade in back but they said. It's already in the service department being worked on. They are cheaters and liars. More
Horrible service and price gouging. They charged me $600 to replace the master air sensor … which takes literally less than 2 minutes! It also took 6 days during which I had to rent a car. The part cost $120 and the expected labor cost online was $50-60! I wrote them and they never bothered to respond. Their original estimate was $800!! They were always high priced but I convinced myself it was worth it … but the extremely poor service, gouging, and seeming incompetence is way over the top. The slick service team and amenities belie an ugly truth. More
Very disappointing as I tried to give them my service business for a CT6 Platinum that I purchased out of state. It was as if since I didn't buy it there they didn't want to be bothered with it. I wasn't a priority to them. Seriously? A little too arrogant for me like they were doing me a favor. I just brought my business to another Cadillac dealership that was more than happy to earn my loyalty and business. More
