I brought my 2024 Escalade ESV Platinum sports (20K miles) to Patrick Cadillac after an engine failure. They told me the vehicle would be there for two weeks and refused to provide a courtesy/loaner vehicle. I was left without transportation while still making huge payments on a $130K truck I couldn’t drive. After I posted a review, they replied with the usual: “Please call us so we can make this right.” I called. I followed up. Nothing changed. No loaner, no help, no urgency. I ended up paying out of pocket to have my Escalade towed to another Cadillac. They checked it in within 2 days, treated me with respect, and gave me a loaner immediately. That’s what real customer service looks like. If you’re thinking about bringing your Cadillac here, get everything in writing and don’t rely on the copy/paste customer service replies you see online. My experience: all talk online, no support in real life.
Erin was fantastic, always available when I needed her and everything she told me about the vehicle was spot on. Purchase day was as quick as I have every been through, the entire dealership was ready.
From the beginning to the End my car buying experience was wonderful. I called about a vehicle I was interested in and Erin who was my sales consultant was amazing from beginning to the end. There was a no pressure environment to buy the vehicle and no arrogance like in some dealerships I have experienced. She went to bat to get me the best deal on a vehicle that was used but in amazing condition. Erin P. Was personable and just an amazing individual who deserves praise for her hard work and making the car buying process wonder experience. On my way out I also got to deal with Jesse who did my financing paperwork and final documentation and he was a friendly and amazing person and also personable. Thank you Patrick Volvo and Cadillac, keep up the great work and I love my car and the deal I got. I will recommend your dealership to others. Both you and Jesse should be commended for your integrity and going that extra mile. Exemplary of what the car buying experience should be.
I had a very positive experience with Patrick Cadillac and my salesperson, Erin. She was very upfront about everything and very kind at the same time. She wanted to hear my questions/concerns and took the time to address them. She also continued to follow-up as needed to get me the answers to my questions. I believe I got the best deal possible here and it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend both Patrick Cadillac and Erin to others.
6 months they can’t cancel my extentended warranty, I bought vehicle 05/05/24. George financial manager extremely pushed me extended warranty, unfortunately I accepted, but two days after the purchase I arrived to dealership and signed waiver to cancel the extended warranty, George not put date on the waiver and not canceled it, now I should call them many times every month and ask about the cancellation, it’s really hard to connect with somebody from financial department, sometimes someone call me back and say I will help you , I usually asking to send me updates to my email, but they don’t do that, I am completely disappointed and regretting about choosing the Caddillac Patrick dealership, looks like they don’t want to cancel it
Went in knowing what I wanted to test from their website Bought the CT5 sport the next day. I worked with Erin and she couldn’t be more fantastic!!! My entire experience was great !
