I purchased a certified Pre-Owned XT5 from Patric Cadillac. My sales person was Erin and the used car manager was Jose. Erin and Jose are both great people to do business with. We bought a certified 2020 xt4 and paid cash, love the car untill we got home only to see the rims were all chewed up. We are seniors and didn't look close at the time of purchase. When I called the manag car untill we got home only to see the rims were all chewed up. We are seniors and didn't look close at the time of purchase. When I called the manager the very next morning he said "it's your car now it left here fine". We only drove it home and saw it in the daylight the next day. The 3 day return policy is an outright lie because the manager said well you did that damage on your way home. This could not happen because it's on all 4 wheels. We want to return the car and get our cadillac trade in back but they said. It's already in the service department being worked on. They are cheaters and liars. More
Horrible service and price gouging. They charged me $600 to replace the master air sensor … which takes literally less than 2 minutes! It also took 6 days during which I had to rent a car. The part cost $120 and the expected labor cost online was $50-60! I wrote them and they never bothered to respond. Their original estimate was $800!! They were always high priced but I convinced myself it was worth it … but the extremely poor service, gouging, and seeming incompetence is way over the top. The slick service team and amenities belie an ugly truth. More
Very disappointing as I tried to give them my service business for a CT6 Platinum that I purchased out of state. Because I didn't buy it there, they were less than friendly with wanting to service my car business for a CT6 Platinum that I purchased out of state. Because I didn't buy it there, they were less than friendly with wanting to service my car let alone review some of the features on the car. Availability of service dates was unreasonable. It was as if since I didn't buy it there they didn't want to be bothered with it. I wasn't a priority to them. Seriously? A little too arrogant for me like they were doing me a favor. I just brought my business to another Cadillac dealership that was more than happy to earn my loyalty and business. More

She did everything possible to help us be comfortable with our purchase and payments. She explained the paperwork in easy terms and didn't try to prolong the process. More

I've been dealing with Pete Rybacki for the past 2 years; he's awesome! Pete always took care of me with my 2009 Escalade. Recently, I purchased a 2016 Escalade and I didn't realize for the time being Pete m he's awesome! Pete always took care of me with my 2009 Escalade. Recently, I purchased a 2016 Escalade and I didn't realize for the time being Pete moved over to Patrick Volvo to help out. Pete is the Asst Cadillac Service Manager. Pete assured me I'd be in good hands with his staff. I ended up working with Dan Larucci. Dan was great! My car was just in for service for a week but as promised everything is great and back to new. They helped out on some expenses with warranty and minimized my out of pocket. Given I work in the business for an import dealership I still choose to take my personal car to Patrick Cadillac given the expertise of this team. I'd highly recommend them! Pete is the absolute best and so far Dan has been great as well. If you're looking for a place to baby your Cadillac; Patrick Cadillac has done so for me personally. I'll continue to service my 2016 Escalade with Pete and Dan! Pete and Dan A+++ job! Appreciate you both, thank you! More
