Once again Patrick Cadillac proved to be the worst when it comes to customer service. This is my second review of this dealership and I strongly recommend anyone to stay away if you are expecting any decen it comes to customer service. This is my second review of this dealership and I strongly recommend anyone to stay away if you are expecting any decent customer service experience. My initial issues were during sale process, where I had to wait for new car delivery nearly 12 months, with no updates and had to constantly follow up to get any information. Until I posted my first negative review there was no progression whatsoever and I only started receiving attention after review was posted. During sale process I was offered to purchase maintenance plan, advanced protection and GAP coverage and was told these could be canceled for a full refund. To make the long story short the dealer now refuses to issue $8500 refund for canceled protection plans, even though all cancelations were approved by GM. Finance manager Roosevelt, refuses to return my calls or take any action. I am now forced to file insurance claim that supposedly provides coverage for irresponsible dealers like Patrick Cadillac. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you are ok with horrible customer service experience. More
Working with Erin P was a very nice change from working with precious car salesmen. She was professional, cheerful and not pushy at all. Purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 cash money and noticed when leaving the dealership a chip in the windshield. The manager was rude and tried to say how do we know you didn’t do this on the way home.
