I actually regret not giving 5 stars all the way around. I have had my trusty Saab serviced by Patrick for a few years now and have found their Saab service department exceptional in every way. And when it came time to trade the old Saab in, I actually got a call from Patrick to come in to look at a Volvo. The first appointment, the salesman kept me waiting an hour to finish the sale of a new car, which I could forgive since I was told that the buyers were late for their own appointment, altough he could have referred me to another salesman. However, after keeping me waiting the first visit to make sure any sale to me was on his books, the salesman just . . . didn't show up for the follow up appointment to finalize a sale. I left a message on his voice mail to ask if I mis-calendared the date, and . . . I never even got a call back. About a week later, my wife and I bought a 2012 Chrysler from Ziegler same day we walked in. Even being generous and assuming that Patrick simply did not want my business, still, basic professionalism dictates that the sales rep could have at least called back to let me know that. I shudder to think how I would have been treated if I had actually bought something and had problems later. More

Rose is always very helpful and friendly, with her the customer comes first. Pricing could be a little cheaper, but not too extream for a cadillac dealer. My husband and I purchased a Cadillac SRX from Patrick Cadillac on Tuesday, March 27th. Our salesperson was Aaron Franchi. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. There was never any pressure from Aaron to take the financing (we were paying cash), or any of the add-ons. We got the price we wanted for our trade-in, as well as our new car. He spent a lot of time going over the features of our car, which made me more comfortable to drive it off the lot (knowing I wouldn't have to spend hours with the owners manual). Since this is a 2011 Escalade Hybrid, there is now spare tire and last week when driving through a construction area in Downtown Chicago, one of the tires received a 2-inch cut and immediately went flat. Upon reaching out to Grant, he took over from there. After a wrecker took it to the dealership, Grant then personally delivered the car back to me. In 35 years of buying vehicles, I have never experienced this exceptional level of service. More
