I was introduced to Gary Davis when I had my previous BMW in for service. Gary was responsive with keeping me informed of used 750 Series coming in and was very knowledgable of each car. Gary Davis along with Timo Bakir (from service) are always extremely friendly and attentive to my every question live or over the phone. He treats me as if I were a member of his family. It is worth mentioning, that Timo is my second service rep at this dealer. The first one was not the most memorable experience. Timo was the one who referred me to Gary Davis. Gary Davis is a fun guy. Makes every effort to make the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Gary got excited when I told him that I was thinking of buying out the lease and did not hesitate for a moment even though I did not lease the car originally from Patrick. The experience was not a 5/Great due to Gary's boss. When I came in to close the deal, the said individual was more interested in profit than customer service. This is my second BMW. It will be the second of many more to come. Acts like this make one second guess whether one returns for the next purchase. More

I received an early car of the 2011 model and Eric was helpful in following when the car would come and then as soon as it was in he had it available and went over everything for me. Dealt with Rick, who at the time was the internet sales manager. Test drive went fine, negotied what I felt was a decent price. It wasn't until after I had given them my deposit that the deal went south. I had ordered a car that had my specific options and it had to be built. When you do this, you get an ID number that lets you track the build process in Germany. Once I signed in, I noticed the interior color was wrong. Rick never once responded to my numerous emails or phone calls to try to get the interior color of the car corrected. I had to call the General Manager and even BMW North America to get a response. Never did get the color I wanted though Patrick did take an extra $1,000 off the car if I was willing to still take it which I did. Rick was a typical salesman, great during the transaction but zero help once it is completed. When I took delivery of the car, they had someone else do the delivery in an attempt to get better customer service scores from BMW Corporate, but they were not successful. BMW makes a great car, but I will never again patronize Patrick BMW. More
