The transaction was seamless and there has been consistent follow up since. In a commoditized market service makes a difference. The fact that there is red glove service where they leave a loaner in your driveway and pick up your car makes it even easier. I have had both positive and negative experience dealing with Patrick BMW. Like any dealer, when I purchased my car there, they were all over me and I honestly feel like I got a good deal. I brought it in with Patrick BMW. Like any dealer, when I purchased my car there, they were all over me and I honestly feel like I got a good deal. I brought it in a couple of times for repairs and they were done to my satisfaction. I have been asking for over two months now about a satellite radio offer made by BMW of North America and each time in email, told, "we will have someone get back to you." After hearing that from four different customer service agents, an no follow up response to date, I realize this is the run around and they have no intention of addressing my questions or concerns. My recommendation for you: If you are buying a car and plan to move out of town, Patrick BMW is just fine. If you are going to rely on any interaction with the dealership post-purchase, more than likely you are not going to be happy. I won't purchase from them again at this point. Too many other better choices in the Chicagoland area for this kind of customer service. More
