Their sales associates and staff were courteous, informative, and willing to work with us t Patrick BMW stocks a great selection of makes and models. Their sales associates and staff were courteous, informative, and willing to work with us toward the vehicle we wanted. For us in particular, Johannes Steenkamp approached us while we explored the vehicles in their lot. After explaining differences between models and features, he quickly put us behind the wheel and let the car do the rest. He guided us through all vehicle features during the road test, which definitely made a big difference for us. Afterward, he quickly worked out financing examples for each package, feature, warranty and coverage they offered. We walked out of the dealership with all the information needed to pull the trigger if needed. Overall, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a BMW. More
