Near-Perfection Repairs done perfectly. Vehicle returned with the radio untouched, steering wheel clean, floor mats clean, mirrors not adjusted, . . . just as I left Repairs done perfectly. I had the wheels balanced and rotated. Since 2008, this dealership has always included an inspection report that included a measurement of remaining brake pad thickness. How am I supposed to manage my brake repairs if I don't know that critical data? Wait until the wear indicators start to squeal? By then, the brakes are likely already glazed over and unsafe! Where is my brake pad thickness report? The other thought is that they emailed a .PDF file of the repairs. That is a serious breach of personal data. Don't you and your staff know the internet is not secure? Even 256-bit encryption only offers the illusion of security. You sent the receipt as an open document without any form of security. More
