I did the deal by phone with Cathy, who was quick to respond back with a call, and very courteous and helpful in getting things rolling. The sales associate who helped me when I arrived was David Volpe. He was absolutely fantastic. Such a knowledgeable, professional, kind, well-organized, friendly man, who was great fun to talk to. Things moved along quickly because of the obvious excellent work ethic he possesses. My car was gassed up, cleaned up, and ready to go. He had everything taken care of, made sure I was aware of all the great features the car had, and made sure to call me a few days later to see how I was doing. All the while offering his services whenever I needed them. It is a pleasure to see someone treat customers with such care. Peter helped to finalize the deal with info about the warranty extension and all the other important things I needed to know. He commented that his job is much easier having such a great staff working so hard to keep things running so smoothly. How refreshing to hear such positivity in a workplace!
