I purchased a van from them in 2008 and have been servicing it with them since then. The service department is great and Dave Fernicola is spectacular. I am a loyal Toyota customer, this being my 3rd new car purchase. I found this dealership quite professional and they went above and beyond to ensure we were given the best price on the vehicle. On January 12,2013 I purchased a new toyota corolla 4 door S sedan. Our salesman, Everett Shermann, went out of his way to make our car shopping an enjoyable experience. Everett was easy going and there was no high pressure sales approach. Sales Manager Robert Winograd went out of his way to negotiate the best price on the vehicle. Robert also was extremely professional and did not use a high pressure sales approach. Business Manager Mark fully explained all the different package options and we purchased the extended service warrenty as well as the wheel/tire warrenty. The vehicle was ready when promised and Everett provided a detailed presentation on all the features. I would highly recommend this dealership based on the friendly professional staff and competetive price. More

Miguel was a very understanding and very pleasant person and Cathy who I spoke to on the phone but never got to meet was a very nice lady very well spoken. We have been going to Parkway Toyota for years for service and my mother wanted to purchase a new automobile. We check other dealers to have a comparison and they could not even touch the great work service and my mother wanted to purchase a new automobile. From the beginning to the very end Mr. Lee did an excellent job making sure my mother was comfortable in the vehicle and that the price was fair. We cannot express our gratitude to Mr. Lee for getting the car in the color and style mom wanted and in such an expeditious manner. Mr. Lee went out of his way to make sure every detail was in perfect order. Thank you so much Mr. Lee for a WONDERFUL car buying experience! Thank you to Edgar who helped in our purchase by helping take us for a test drive. Edgar was friendly, knowledgeable and proactive as well. I lost my 2011 Rav4 (also from Parkway Toyota) in Hurricane Sandy and went back to the dealership to see about replacing my lost car with a new 2012 Rav4. Both Seyda and Bob treated me and my wife with an incredible amount of respect, care, and attention. Not only did Seyda and Bob want to earn my repeat business but they also wanted to connect with me and my wife on a personal level which was greatly appreciated. Dealing with such warm, respectful people makes it an easy decision to go back whenever I have a need for an automobile. More
Friendly salesman, Everett, but told me "new" car had 8 to 10 miles, when it actually had 78 miles. Was it a test drive vehicle, a demo. Who knows? I was about to walk out, but decided to go through as so much time was invested. Good play on the dealership's part but sneaky. Bob Winograd lowballed me on my trade-in, and turned me off from putting forth a counter offer. After purchasing the vehicle, my temp plates expired and I am still waiting for them. I payed them close to $400 in doc fees for them to handle this in a timely manner. They could have gotten my registration/plates on time. Now I can't drive the vehicle for risk of receiving a ticket or getting towed. More
My wife and I chose Parkway Toyota because it is close to Tenafy and it had good reviews on Dealerrater.com. We were not disappointed. I called a few days before heading into Parkway and asked to speak wit Tenafy and it had good reviews on Dealerrater.com. We were not disappointed. I called a few days before heading into Parkway and asked to speak with the fleet manager. The receptionist put me through to Bob Winograd and I had a quick chat with him explaining what we wanted. He said to come in anytime and ask for him. So two days later, we arrived at Parkway and met Bob. Bob then introduced us to Clinton and he became our salesperson. Clinton was a joy to work with because he was pleasant, friendly and had a "soft touch" -- no aggressiveness. He let us choose what we want and provided the information that we needed. Bob came around a few times to check up on us and make sure it was all going well. We test drove the car that we wanted with Clinton and then we bought it. (We had pretty much made up our minds beforehand.) Our car had to be ordered so we left a deposit and Clinton said Parkway would call us when it came in. About two weeks later, the car arrived -- she was a beauty (2013 Venza XLE V6 AWD)! Clinton walked me through the closing process. He handed me off to work with the finance specialist Peter who was very friendly and competent. Again, there were no aggressive sales pitches. And again, Bob came around a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Lastly, Clinton walked me outside to do the wrap-up and hand-off with Edgar, the delivery specialist. Edgar pleasantly explained the workings of the Venza and that was it. It couldn't have gone any better in my wildest dreams. Just a wonderful experience all around! More
