Happy customer!! We went to Parkway Toyota to test drive Toyota Prius and make up our mind about whether buying a hybrid is a good fit for us or not. We met Dave right We went to Parkway Toyota to test drive Toyota Prius and make up our mind about whether buying a hybrid is a good fit for us or not. We met Dave right at the entrance and from there on he made sure that we got all the information that we were looking for. We test drove the certified hybrid and found it to be a good car. It fit within our budget, had a good mileage and seemed like we can talk about the finance. Dave gave us car financing options after talking to the manager and he worked out a good deal for us (after some negotiations). He brought us closer to making a decision on our car purchase the same day. Once the deal was done, he managed all the paperwork very well. We are also happy with the dealership as they thoroughly tested cars certification on all the 170-180 odd parameters, gave us 4 new tires and made the car ready for same day delivery. More

I met Hamid at the entrance, he made sure that I got all the information that I was looking for. My lease was a few months about to expire. He showed me the new Rav4 and I really loved it. My seller Hamid was very friendly and very professional, he helped me to make a good deal and fairly quickly process. Once the deal was done, he managed all the paperwork very well. Mr. Mark Gaviola was very nice and professional, as always, making my buying experience very pleasant. Mr. Hamid introduced me his manager Mr. Winograd who also gave me his card and was very nice to me. Just a couple of hours later I was driving home on my new Rav4. I’m very happy with the dealership, which is why I have been coming back. This is the 3rd car that I lease on Parkway Toyota. The Best Dealer!! Thank you very much. More

I didn’t have to play the game of walking out 3 to 4 times to get the price I was willing to pay. They lowered the price of the car to make up the difference in “Documentary Clerical Fee” that is limited by NY state law. The entire buying process took about 3 hours start to finish. After buying the car they explained in detail how to operate and program the Navigation system along with other car options. Even reminded me that I have to change the oil every 5000 miles. More

Due to rude and/or poor customer service in all five, I walked out, even though I was more than ready to purchase a new vehicle. When I walked into yours, I expected to be treated the same way. Boy, was I wrong. I was greeted with a smile and was immediately paired up with a sales associate. The whole process was quick and painless, and I was treated with respect - something with which I hadn't been accustomed at other NY dealerships. I walked out of your dealership that same night with a brand new Camry, hassle free. Thank you everyone for such a great experience and I look forward to spending many more years with my new car.
