Best car buying experience ever First of all I have to say I have never written a review for a car before but felt the need to since this was the most pleasant experience I have ever First of all I have to say I have never written a review for a car before but felt the need to since this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. I did my homework first, shopped at other car dealers and then went to Parkway Toyota. They got me the car I wanted, with all the features I needed, in the color I chose when no other dealer I went to (and I had gone to 3 other dealers first) was able to find it for me. Every person I dealt with at the dealership (Bob Winograd, sales manager, Roberto Vallejo, sales consultant, and Jase Kim, finance manager) was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. There was minimal haggling involved and the process was fairly quick. Bob Winograd was in constant communication with me informing me when my car would be in since the car I wanted was not physically at their dealership. They beat all my other quotes from the other dealerships I went to and took the time to explain every feature on the car to me. They have also continually followed up with me afterwards to ensure I am 100% satisfied as well. I have nothing but positive feedback for this dealership. More

Highly Recommended, Cathy is the best. We needed a new Toyota Highlander for our business. We wanted to avoid the typical car dealership hassle, and so chose to do all of our shopping onlin We needed a new Toyota Highlander for our business. We wanted to avoid the typical car dealership hassle, and so chose to do all of our shopping online. We went to the dealer locator on Toyota's website and emailed all of the dealerships within a 20 mile radius. We chose only to correspond with dealers who would give us price quotes via email.. A handful of dealerships responded with the information we requested, and of these, Parkway Toyota impressed us most. Cathy Telep, their internet sales manager, responded promptly with a copy of the vehicle's window sticker, VIN number and itemized out-the-door price. After carefully considering all of our other offers and options, we called Cathy and accepted her offer. We went in the next day and met with Cathy and Miguel. There were no surprises, everything was as she stated in the email. We signed the papers, left the downpayment and arranged to complete the purchase (cashier's check) about two weeks later, which we did, and the vehicle was delivered to our home (by Miguel himself) shortly thereafter. Overall, it was a pleasure dealing with Cathy and Miguel, and we would recommend Parkway Toyota to everyone, especially those who prefer to shop for a vehicle online. We hope more dealerships go in this direction, as this is the modern era, and consumers don't have patience for the old (time consuming, frustrating) method of buying a car. More
