best experience I've experienced at any dealership by far! We were interested in buying a certified preowned 2011/2012 Toyota Highlander to replace our lease-ending Ford Edge. After visiting East Coast Toyota We were interested in buying a certified preowned 2011/2012 Toyota Highlander to replace our lease-ending Ford Edge. After visiting East Coast Toyota,, Toyota of Hackensack, and Prestige Toyota. None of them were giving us a decent deal lower than $30k, in fact they were all ripping me off. After spending the entire day at those dealers, we figured to make one more stop at Parkway Toyota. We met Patrick Healy and Bobby Winograd....lo and behold, we were convinced by the offers for a brand new 2015 highlander XLE! My god, they gave us a sweet deal!! Patrick and Bobby are the coolest and amazing guys you'll ever meet.They make you feel right at home, and make you forget the gimmicks, hassles, and BS. there's nothing but loyalty, honesty, and a family-like experience at this place. Don't forget Emanuel, the finance dude, this guy does wonders with the numbers. Heck, you walk in and out in less than 8 minutes. That's the fastest finance department I've ever experienced at any dealership! As they say, expect the unexpected, I swear, I'd never thought I'd be driving a new car home that day. Everything is so easy and you're not there for long hours waiting on paperwork to be done so you can drive off with your brand new car. Their service is so wonderful, that I can't ever imagine not getting a Toyota from them, and they're excellent cars may I add. Great experience, extremely friend and fast paced. I came to PARKWAY TOYOTA after spending almost 6hrs hours at the Toyota of Hackensack trying to make deal for the vehicle i wanted. I was very unpleased after i found out they were being shady and trying to make me pay more than what we had agreed on. I told Hamid Habasi at Parkway toyota what happened and the whole situation. He was very helpful and understanding. He cut right to the chase and asked me what i wanted for my truck and how much i wanted to pay for the new one, after maybe 30 mins he came back and gave me the thumbs up. I wasn't able to get the vehicle the same day because the dealership was going to close soon, but Hamid did not hesitate to stay after hours so that i can get my vehicle. Edgar at accessories was also very helpful, he gave m a great deal on the remote start and he's very friendly. i would definitely recommend my friends to come here. Great place. More

Upon entering the dealership, we were welcomed very warmly (in fact we were offered free hamburgers that day -- they even had vegetarian ones!). What my husband and I value and have found here is a relationship of trust. We did not feel that we are being ripped off. On the contrary. Everyone cooperated to make the numbers work for us. Before we decided to go to Parkway, I had inquired a quote from the dealership and I got an email with a detailed breakdown only minutes after my request. John Cusick was my email correspondent and he was always very friendly and polite in his emails (unfortunately, we never got to meet him when we went in for the purchase). At Parkway, we had the pleasure to work with Clinton Ricketts (sales consultant). He is a very charming, extremely friendly and very patient person who would try to do anything that you would need to make your choice (he took about 45 minutes to bring a new vehicle from offsite to show us alternate interior color only to hear that we did not like it. A very nice young man, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten (our son became a big fan of him and wanted to hang around at his desk and interact with him), had a magical computer!! His numbers on the third sheet were appealing and we agreed to the deal. Just ask what his computer can do! At the end, we sealed the deal with Mark Gaviola (finance manager), also a very pleasant person to talk with. Overall, it was a pleasure, and indeed fun, to purchase our car there. I would strongly recommend this dealership (especially over Toyota Manhattan, where our experience was rather negative). More

Trying not to overlook anybody, Edgar Bunconsejo made fun conversation and also convinced me to get the rubber floor mats for the car. Having felt totally ripped off in a previous Toyota purchase (at another location), this kind of became a special sort of homecoming, as I had gotten my Mom a RAV-4 here five or six years ago. We now traded in a 2011 Prius and got a RAV-4 for my daughter, who goes to school at Skidmore in upstate NY, and really needed the safety of four-wheel drive. So the whole thing really worked out, and Mr. Winograd even checked in a couple times since we got the new vehicle, just to make sure all was well. That's the stuff that keeps you coming back. More
