Dealer salesman and sales manager were very understanding and cooperative in allowing my wife and I to drive car to our house to make certain it would fit through our small sized garage door. Even though it was on a busy Saturday, the salesman took himself off the floor to accompany us and explain features of the car during trip. Turns our car fit perfectly and we just need insurance company confirmation of total loss for our old car. You should do due diligence and research before agreeing to a price, but they are negotiable, and will work with you. Even though we had bank pre-approval for car loan, Parkway offered better rate since Toyota considers Certified Pre-Owned cars at new car interest rate of 1.9%. Also important, they completed the transaction within same day and was able to finish paperwork and drive home our 2012 Toyota Camry XLE V6 the same day. Great company, friendly sales and support staff and I have been familiar with the service department for years. It is the finest in the tri-state area. More

As soon as I walked in the door I felt like this was the perfect place to buy my car. I dealt with Ilber Koleci. He was a very nice and friendly person. He called his manager Bob Winograd. I had a trade in and the price he gave me for the trade in and the price for his car was better than every where I went to near my house. Superb service!!! Highly recommend. As soon as I entered the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson, Kenny Lee. He was very warm and welcoming. He even gave us three free tablets as a token of his appreciation! Since we couldn't take all three cars home the same day, he delivered the third car to my house from New Jersey to Queens, NY. I am so grateful I found this dealership! I had such an incredible experience at Parkway Toyota! I had spent the last month searching for a used car to buy. I found a lot of great and suitable cars during this time, but for me, the experience of buying the car was a factor. I wanted to buy my car from someone who I felt I could trust. I found that dealing with Laura at Parkway Toyota. She was incredibly personable. Very honest about the pro's and con's that I was weighing. She would actually look me in the eyes when talking to me, which from my experience over the month, was pretty rare of a dealer. She also had a bit of spunk sometimes and would say kind of weird but funny things, which I absolutely appreciated, you could tell she actually likes people, and she had a passion about her job. I also dealt with Peter, her manager, he was really kind and knowledgable about all the details I needed to know, and he explained them in a way I could easily understand. Lastly I dealt with a man named Mark (Marc?) in Finance. I was SUPER afraid of dealing with the finance guy, because a large majority of reviews you read about dealerships online all warn about finance guys and their gimmicks. I had such an opposite experience. He was a little quirky too, but also in a great way. He really laid things down and explained what everything meant, in a way I could easily understand. I felt him to be very honest and I didn't feel completely bamboozled with some extra sales pitch by him like I was afraid of. All in all, I feel lucky to have ended up at this dealership. They ended up working out a great deal for me on my purchase and got me into the exact car I wanted for a price that was fair and honest. I drove away without having any concern that I made a mistake, and I am still just as pleased, and grateful, that I bought from them. THANK YOU!!! More
