EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND Parkway Toyota was the first dealership I went to before buying a new car, and it wound up being the last one I went to when I actually purchased the Parkway Toyota was the first dealership I went to before buying a new car, and it wound up being the last one I went to when I actually purchased the car. I worked with Dave Volpe, who was extremely patient, not pushy, and just an all around great salesman to work with. I actually put a down payment on two cars with Dave that I wound up cancelling before ultimately finding my ideal vehicle third time around. All along Dave was never pushy or showed any frustration despite the two cancellations over a couple of months. Bob Winograd, the sales manager was also great to work with. All along Bob was doing what he could to make me comfortable in each situation. The overall environment at Parkway is different than any of the three other dealerships I went to. Aside from Dave this was also a big reason I wound up bringing my business there. The minute I walked into Parkway it just felt different. Everyone I dealt with from Dave, Bob, Edgar in aftermarket, and Mark in finance; they all were just normal people and they treated me great. If your looking for a pleasant car buying/leasing experience, and appreciate a great deal coupled with great service while working with people who treat you like family; there really is no reason to go anywhere else.
