Honest, Hard Working Dealership got an email on Monday that a ring of mine was found at Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs. I emailed them back telling them I have my rings so they m got an email on Monday that a ring of mine was found at Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs. I emailed them back telling them I have my rings so they must be mistaken. I got an email back saying "it's definitely your ring. It has your name and something about your college on it" I dropped my phone after reading this. I lose my MARIST MAAC CHAMPIONSHIP ring in 2009. I was convinced it was long gone and had no idea where I had lost it. I went today to pick it up. Everybody in the service department was so nice and wanted to know the background on the ring. I explained how it was my senior year that we won the championship for the first time ever and this ring was so near and dear to me and then one day while moving I realized it was not in my jewelry box. They informed me that they found it while cleaning a used car on Monday. I have no idea how it wound up there but I am so blessed and thankful that this was found. I am so thankful that everybody in the service department was so honest, researched my name found my email address and got in touch with me. I sent them a bunch of pizzas to thank them as soon as I walked out. They sent me another email saying how grateful they were for the pizza and how surprised the were when it was delivered. Little do they know that this ring is a piece of my heart, blood sweat and tears. Anyone looking for a car I would go there in a heart beat. Hard working, honest people. Were persistent in finding me and making sure I got my ring back. Had it in an envelope in a safe place and were so enthusiastic to give it back. More

Welcoming treatment for routine car maintenance I was made to feel welcome on a return visit to Parkway Toyota Scion. I was very stressed due to a week of unforeseen personal difficulties. The che I was made to feel welcome on a return visit to Parkway Toyota Scion. I was very stressed due to a week of unforeseen personal difficulties. The check-in process was smooth and quick. I had made an online appointment, indicating concerns about my 2003 Toyota, Camry. The consultant, David Ermilio, worked with his mechanic, Michael, to determine what was necessary at this visit, and what could be scheduled at a later date. I had oil change, spark plugs, bulbs replaced, brakes cleaned and adjusted, Air filters changed and sway bar bushings, both sides and rear. This included a multi-point inspection, which they do for free. The work was done after I discussed my car at length with the mechanic, when he explained why they chose to do these particular repairs. David gave me a complete estimate of the repairs in writing, and the final bill reflected only these charges. I felt that everything was done in a very transparent way, and giving me the best value for my dollar. I prefer to use Parkway Toyota Scion, due to my past good experiences with their maintenance department. I know they stand behind their product, are honest, and value their customers. More
