They made us feel like we were very important which went a long way in making our decision as to where to buy our cars. This was unlike Hackensack Toyota who couldn't care less if we bought there. Now, for the past two years, we have brought our cars in to the service department for quarterly, free, checkups. We receive phone call reminders from them. When we bring the car into the shop, they treat us very well. They are always very polite. They explain everything they are going to check out and when they are finished they explain all the results and even washed our cars. Their waiting room is very comfortable. I recommend this dealership very highly because there is nothing they won't do to make us feel important. More
