I always hated going to car dealers just like nearly everyone else I know. I honestly found the entire experience to be great (I never thought I would say that about a car dealer!). Clinton Ricketts was my sales rep and he made everything easy, with no pressure and a great deal. The manager Bob was equally friendly and helpful. The service department is wonderful as well and I am one who after a few bad experiences years ago has never used a dealer for service. Appointments are easy, pricing is reasonable and the staff helpful and friendly. Most important they listen! My friend was looking for a used car and was having the more typical "I hate dealers" experience. So I recommended Parkway and Clinton to him. After he went through the process and bought a car he told me that he was really surprised that I was right, he really liked these folks. Just a note, I am pretty much the last person to spend time writing this kind of review, but I thought it would be helpful to anyone looking to avoid the more typical pain of other car dealers. More
