Yes, Toyota makes great vehicles, but there are a lot of dealers out there to choose from. We keep coming back to Parkway because of the sales team under the management of Bob Winograd. They're friendly, professional, attentive and patient with our many questions. Bob has always been there for us long after the sale was done and we'd driven off the lot. His follow-through has been incredible, even looking after our rare service needs. We no longer live in the area but we go way out of our way because Bob has always made Parkway worth the trek. Everything about the process is easy, honest, fair and worthwhile. Bob has been loyal to us for a very long time and truly earned our loyalty in return. More

Happy with overall service. There are two reasons why I purchased the Rav4 over my first choice, the Honda CRV. The first reason was the interest rate was very low for the Rav4 There are two reasons why I purchased the Rav4 over my first choice, the Honda CRV. The first reason was the interest rate was very low for the Rav4 and the other reason was Franco with the kind customer service at the Parkway Toyota dealership. I have driven my red Rav4 since the end of Sept 2015 now and really enjoy it. I love the navigation system and the Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. Originally, I did not want the Blind Spot feature but it was the only red Rav4 available at the time and Franco assured me how beneficial it would be. It cost $1000 more than anticipated but now I really appreciate the safety feature. While searching online I was very surprised to see that every single customer on this website had a response by the Parkway Toyota management. On any other auto company website the management responses are very limited. This was another reason why I chose Parkway Toyota. I scheduled my test drive online and immediately received a call to confirm the time on a Saturday morning. I arrived at the Englewood Cliffs dealership and saw my name on the appt board at the main entrance. The receptionist checked me in and my salesman Franco came to greet me. The big surprise was that the Rav4 was immediately ready to test drive. In prior months, I had confirmed appointments with two local Honda dealerships to test drive CRVs and both places did not have the cars at all. So I never even got to test drive the Honda after waiting over an hour at each location. Ugh! Franco was very helpful and listened to my silly stories politely and answered all my questions. He did not pressure me and when we started to negotiate for price he let me keep the print out sheet for the price of the RAV4. None of the other dealerships would let me keep the print out nor even let me write the numbers down. Please request Franco when you come to Parkway Toyota for purchasing or leasing. I would also like to mention that Edgar was very helpful and kind when I had my car serviced for remote start up a week after purchase. Thanks so much Franco! More

In addition, other dealerships encouraged me to purchase a truck already in stock and offered innumerable reasons why I could not custom order a truck. Bob Winograd took a different approach. He mentioned the fact that most customers were on a waiting list to purchase this truck but acknowledged that all prices are negotiable. We quickly arrived at a fair discount. Next, he inquired about the model and options I wanted on the Tacoma. He spent the next several days doing a national search, in an attempt to trade with outside dealerships for the desired truck. After exhausting those options, he custom ordered my truck and kept me up to date with the expected delivery date. The entire process was easy and met my expectations. Thank you, Bob More
