I was helped by Bob and John, both of whom were helpful, informative and just the right amount of friendly. Obviously I don't buy cars that often and what can seem a daunting prospect was made quite pleasant by these gentlemen. John actually home delivered some papers I had left in the old car ~ over and above the call of duty I would say! Vinny was the chap who sat in the new car to show me all the 'bells & whistles" ~ well, at least the basics. He was thoughtful and patiently answered my questions and, even after I had left Parkway, returned my calls and was more than helpful. More
