My 19 year old daughter was shopping for her first car. We shopped 5 dealerships. I spoke to 2 different people at Parkway Family Kia. I first spoke to Paula and she sent me this “ Paula at Parkway Family Kia has an updated personalized offer for you on a Black 2023 Kia Soul, Stock #P7866609. Direct number is 281-312-6261 TruePrice = $21,326” I then called to speak to her about getting the price down. I was looking to get close to 20k. She was not available, so I spoke to a woman that asked me to call her “V”. (She did tell me her real name, but asked me to call her V). I told her what I wanted and she said she would speak to her manager and call me back. After about an hour and a half she called me back and said that her manager said, “ Getting closer to 20k wouldn’t be a problem.” I then replied, “Great!. See you tomorrow!” We made an appointment for 11am. I showed up at about 10:30am. (It was an hour drive.) neither Paula nor V were available. I explained the entire 2 day communications to the new guy. He then started with a price of $26k. We went back and forth for a while until I got aggravated. After showing the texts, I spoke to multiple “managers” and simply told them, “I was told this, if you can’t make that happen I will go buy from Westside Kia!” I was there for more than 2 hours and because I wasn’t buying the “bait and switch” told me they couldn’t get me close to what the text message said. I, not so nicely, told them to keep the car. We left there and went to Westside Kia and bought the car. These people are dishonest! They think that just because I drive an hour (and my parents drive 4hrs, in case my daughter needed a co-signer and they knew this) they could force me into a bad situation. Do not trust them. Even if you get it in a text. They have FOREVER lost my business. More
Sales person misrepresented the price and added on thousands of dollars to the price of the car. They wanted to spend hours negotiating things and that's just now how I work. Give me the MSRP of the thousands of dollars to the price of the car. They wanted to spend hours negotiating things and that's just now how I work. Give me the MSRP of the car and we'll do the deal. Found many other places that sold the car at MSRP or less. Do not waste your time at Parkway Family Kia, they are there to scam and rip you off, run away, do not use, there are many better places to go, do NOT waste your time here. More
I need to complain. ... I bought a new kia sportage from you in January . I added a homelink mirror in the purchase as an addition. During this installation thr winds ... During this installation thr windshield was broken and I had to wait for a new windshield to be replaced. When I collected the vehicle I noticed there was no windshield cleaner. This should have been checked but wasn't. I bought some windshield cleaning fluid and refilled the reservoir but when I used the cars windshield cleaning all the fluid emptied on my garage floor. I bought the vehicle in today at 12AM and saw Kevin for the problem. It is now almost 3PM and the car is still not ready. I phoned Kevin and he told me he is waiting for his service manager to review. He also told me that they are "backed up" I am really annoyed and you guys need to step up your game. I will advertise my complaints to other sources and may not use your service department in the future. More

I requested an out the door price from Parkway on a used vehicle and asked them to break out the fees for me. The base price was great and in the text I received the fees were exceptional (only charging the state required registration fees). Should've known it was too good to be true. I was able to negotiate them down quite substantially but elected to walk away. No harm, no foul. After thinking about it over the week, I decided it was a good deal and asked if they would still honor the deal. Conveniently, I received a call this time instead of a text (got smarter about covering their tracks, I guess). I was told that the Sales Manager agreed to the deal so I went in today to do the paperwork. Imagine my surprise when the price had gone up over $1200 in just 4 hours. The excuse was that my trade in had depreciated that much (amazing how bad depreciation can be in a week - wonder how Carvana and others can let their offers stand that long...). I told the Sales Manager that this is now the second time they lied to me and that if they weren't going to honor what they told me to not waste my time. He claimed it was just a miscommunication.... If you choose to do business with these guys, look at every line and pay attention to your final price not just your payment! I was planning to pay cash and during the initial negotiation when they couldn't meet my walkaway price they suggested that I just "put it on a credit card." These guys are predatory. More
This is the best dealership experience I've ever had! I've always driven a BMW or Mercedes. I saw the Kia Stinger on the highway one day. I was like OMG this car is so nice! I decided to visit Parkway Family Kia and YES, I traded my Benz in for a 2023 GT Stinger (off the show room floor) this car is so sweet! My experience at this dealership was absolutely amazing!!!I I loved the customer service I received from everyone even one of the Manager's Todd was there to make sure all was 100% good! If you're looking for some friendly smiles and great customer service Parkway Family Kia is the place everyone!!!! Carolyn G. More

My first review is on here read it. I was made to feel like they were going above and beyond. I recently bought a used car from parkway not family kia, the first vehicle I bought wa I was made to feel like they were going above and beyond. I recently bought a used car from parkway not family kia, the first vehicle I bought was a used Santa Fe, I had a max of 15 k I wanted to spend and I was up front about that. The sales rep wa able to make it happen with a recent trade. I test drove the vehicle and the engine light was on, we did paper work after I pointed that out and I was informed anything wrong with the vehicle would be handled by them at their expense. I was assured this by the sales director Demarcus, and with was to this was sales manager Ryan. The paperwork was completed and I went to my bank to pick up the check and when I returned it had not been fixed. I wasn’t rushing but said I would hold the check till it was done. This is when Demarcus came to me at the table with Ryan and Demarcus assured me it would be handled and no matter what was wrong with it it would be handed by them at their expense. As gentlemen we shook on it and I assumed he would keep his word. However he did not. After I was told the vehicle was fixed I picked it up, and a couple days later driving down 99 the engine malfunctioned and I called Josh who told me to bring it in and it would be handled cause he was there as well when Demarcus said it would be fixed. I was able to get it back to the dealer ship and put it in the shop. I was provided a loaner vehicle, and after about a month I checked on my vehicle when I took my wife’s kia to her services that we bought from foundation kia. I was informed by the service department that my vehicle needed a new engine and they were trying to reach someone from the sales department and had not been able to. I went back to the sales department and informed Ryan of what I was told. He told me not to worry about it he remembered Demarcus told it would be handled by them and assured me it would. A couple days went by and no word. I was fed up, my wife called and spoke to Demarcus who informed her that that a new engine would not be put in and we could get something comparable or our money back. We had a time to meet the next day and we waited for about 15 min before I went into the sales managers office and saw Demarcus and said I’m here for our 1pm meeting and he remembered. Demarcus put us Brady who is a great sales man. We were not able to find anything comparable and I was even willing to come up in price and asked that they meet me in the middle with negotiations. Negotiations were meet in the middle all of the five was by me and all of the take was by them. The sales director Demarcus did not speak to us again after meeting with him and him setting us up with Brady. Which was unfair to Brady cause he was made to clean up an empty deal made by Demarcus. Nice to know they don’t stand behind their word. I finally picked a vehicle and spent more than I wanted to but I wanted to just be done with this experience and done doing business with this company. Don’t do business with parkway family, hopefully it’s just the kia dealership that is like this but to be safe don’t go to any of them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and be fair. More
