I put a deposit on a vehicle and I was told the vehicle was being delivered on 11-22. Today I received a refund on my deposit - I contacted my sales person and asked the status of my purchase and was told was being delivered on 11-22. Today I received a refund on my deposit - I contacted my sales person and asked the status of my purchase and was told the General Manager of Sales will not sell at msrp if I did not finance thru them. No telephone call was received from the dealership - no one ever made me aware of this policy! They simply refunded my deposit without ever notifying me. I made the salesperson aware at the time of purchase agreement that I had been preapproved with my credit union. Shameful and unprofessional! More
