I was wondering how long I would have to wait at the show room while they did the oil change. The answer came as a surprise. Zero! They came to me. Parks has a large van equipped to provide an on site oil service. The mechanic showed up at the agreed to time while I continued working at my job. 45 minutes later the oil change was complete and I did not have to leave my desk or sit at the dealer. Great service. Friendly and efficient tech. And zero wait time at the dealership. More
As a disabled senior and veteran of 19 years I have to do much of my car shopping on line. I applied for some information on cars on line within the Jack Parks Group. Someone responded positively and then I received a very curt email from who I assume is the GM - Jparks1 Explaining they don’t do out of state selling as their new Corporate policy due to too many issues selling cars out of state. No where does it say it in the websites. I have guaranteed income, good credit score, guaranteed financing. More and more we see policies against veterans and the disabled. It’s sad to have such a large business concern like this company yet refuse to sell to people like myself. More

I used the mobile oil change service today and was throughly impressed with it. They were on time which is rare for a service call, it took one hour to rotate my tires, change the oil and check the fl throughly impressed with it. They were on time which is rare for a service call, it took one hour to rotate my tires, change the oil and check the fluids and filters. All while I was conveniently baking in my kitchen. I love this service and will use it again in the future. More
Received a car in September and have had problems since. Brought to dealership within the first month of purchase with a messed up rear camera, no fully functioning key fob and only one works but was given Brought to dealership within the first month of purchase with a messed up rear camera, no fully functioning key fob and only one works but was given 3. Just to also find out and be told that there was no full check up on the car. Car sat at dealership for 3 days with no service done to it and being told that nothing was covered under my warranty. Soon after that I continued to have issues with the sun roof stuck open and when I brought to the Wesley chapel location to not even fully close so living in Florida during rainy season just bring water right into my car. I’m so tired of this car that at this point I just want to return the car and get a new car with a different dealership all together. I’ve mentioned these issues with the dealership since day one of owning the car More
