Took our Aviator in for a oil change and 2 recalls. Service was very good. But the next day had a problem with the backup cameras which the recall was supposed to fix. Called the Park Lincoln back, sai Service was very good. But the next day had a problem with the backup cameras which the recall was supposed to fix. Called the Park Lincoln back, said the recall 90% of the time fixes the problem 10% of the time the cameras have to be replaced. We live about 60 miles from the dealership so we are now going to our local dealer to have it replaced More

Parks does a wonderful job with service. Dennis is extremely helpful. The problem we have, I believe, is with the people who pick up and deliver the car. I used the Valet service for the first time and it saved me from a long drive to get the car serviced for two recall notices.The persons that picked my car up and rerurned it after the car had been serviced me from a long drive to get the car serviced for two recall notices.The persons that picked my car up and rerurned it after the car had been serviced were both polite and on time.Drew kept in touch with me during the the car being serviced and also detected that I had a battery that was not putting out the correct power and the battery was replaced and that made me feel secure from a future break down! The overall service was seamless and first class. More
