There is a Safety recall on my vehicle. On 8/14/23, I called the dealer and they indicated that the part for fixing was being ordered. Today called again and apparently the part had not been ordered. There were no apologizes. The letter from Lincoln Home Office states that until this repair is carried out, the vehicle should not be parked in the garage. This was explained to the Dealer and I also informed that, due to restrictions, I could not park the vehicle on the road. The dealer did not show any concern and said, despite what was in the Home Office letter, not to worry about parking in the garage. They were also unable to apologize or explain why the part had not been ordered on 8/14/2023. Left message for the Service Manager who apparently was on lunch break. He did not return the call. Followed up after couple of hours and apparently had gone away for the day. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STANDARD OF SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THIS DEALER.. More
This dealer exceeded all my expectations. Craig the manager took extra time to help me understand different payment options. They even went above and beyond to get me an extra key. The Parks Lincoln dealership in Tampa had a lovely showroom and nice variety of vehicles on their lot. Our sales consultant Richard Harris was both professional and very personable. Beware of this dealership. Bought a used “certified” $70k Navigator that had manny issues which shown after I drove home. Immediately called Pascal who works there and he told Bought a used “certified” $70k Navigator that had manny issues which shown after I drove home. Immediately called Pascal who works there and he told me I have 30 days to return the vehicle regardless if it has issues or not. I returned it 6 days after and returned the keys. Return was done with my wife and two dealerships representatives who then tried to sell me a $108k new Navigator and when I didn’t respond to their offer they emailed me again and said that because of miles driven on a vehicle that was returned dealership can’t accept the return of car which they already took with all keys but instead that they would repair it when all the parts come. Total scammers in this dealership. Cars that they sell and call certified will need to be serviced even after they are Lincoln “certified”. The worse car purchase experience ever!!!! More

I’m one that usually stays clear of automobile dealership because I hate the pressure that the sales people give when looking at a vehicle. The experience we had with Richard was much differen dealership because I hate the pressure that the sales people give when looking at a vehicle. The experience we had with Richard was much different and if everyone treated customers like he did people wouldn’t hesitate to step into a car dealership. He was more interested in making sure that we were 100% satisfied with the vehicle and was getting a price that we felt good about rather than making you feel uncomfortable like he’s pressuring you just to make a sale. if your visiting this dealership I would make sure you ask for him. He went above and beyond and will definitely be back. More
