I had that experience with tw Buying a car isn't always easy. There are so many dealers that use tactics that just seem to make it uncomfortable. . I had that experience with two dealers. One from Pinellas county and one over on the east side of Tampa. Neither dealer had the truck I wanted and it had to be located from another dealer. However... in the end....I struck a deal, Once I gave them my money...I waited! 1 day,,,two days...a week... passed with no luck getting the truck I wanted. They finally said that they couldnt find the truck I wanted unless I paid more. A friend of mine recommended that I see Frank Lacey from Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel. I called Frank...told him what I wanted...the price I was quoted...the interest rate that i was approved for...and gave him all my trade information. He called me back within minutes, and told me that he had found one just like I wanted. I almost didn't believe him, as the dealer that I WAS dealing with tried to get the same truck! So I said..."Go for it! If you can get it,,,I want it!" In less than two hours, Frank had successfully secured my truck and was going to send a driver to get it! Well...the next day, I went in for my new truck...and there it was!! Just as I ordered and looking beautiful! Frank assigned an extremely nice saleswoman, Anna Saavedra to deliver the truck.. She was very polite, professional and had an impressive knowledge of her product. She made it fun to buy a new car! That is all I can ask of her. She did just that!! Then I entered the dreaded task of going to the Finance department. I was already approved at an extremely good rate at my local credit union...but Business manager, Carlos Gonzalez was able to improve on that rate by 3/4%...which floored me! Thank the Lord I have good credit! All in all...the experience was nothing short of perfection. It was quick..easy...and FUN! Thanks Anna, Frank and Carlos for making this the best car buying experience I have EVER had! You will be my dealer of choice from now on! More

I made the smart decision to go back to the dealership I usually use because it has never given me a problem. Their employees have always made me feel like I can get some real help without feeling like a burden. I have been specifically a customer of Parks Ford since I was able to get my first car. I decided to go back to it and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I was helped by the wonderful and helpful team of Nicholas and Vince. Even after purchasing my car and getting situated from transitioning from one car to the other, they have been very helpful with any issues and providing the support any customer could possibly need. I highly recommend that before anyone makes a decision at a sub par dealership to give this one a try. From their friendly and knowledgeable employees to their nice lounge area with free snacks, it’s definitely the dealership I will continue to trust. Thanks for all your help guys! More
