They asked me when I could bring my vehicle in that’s never happened sometimes I’ve been told to wait over a week for an appointment and this time I got to tell them the time and the date for my appointment and they said we’ll see you there
Super easy process. No hidden costs or xx. They were upfront about everything and even delivered the car from 2 hours away!
Service is always excellent, I've never had an issue. If there is a problem or a delay, the reason and or options are fully explained.
Call the morning of and was able to get in for a normal oil change service. They took care of a recall and did a transmission flush. Waited in the lounge and read a book. Very satisfied with the experience.
