They charge 640 dollars to "troubleshoot" the problem they created. Then they want 5300 dollars to repair the car. BTW the parts were 400 dollars so they wanted 4900 dollars for labor with technicians who have had no formal training unlike their ads say. Never ever buy a car from there. More

Without hesitation Will told me to come in and they would "take care of me" :-) . They gave me a full service oil change and I was in and out much sooner than expected. Dream Truck Purchase My son was looking for a specific truck. We searched all over the internet for something that fit. Finally, we found "the truck". It was a 2009 F150 XLT Regular Cab 4x4 with the shorter bed. My son called and spoke with Robert Vido then went for a test drive. Needless to say he fell in love with the truck. Totaly awsome, only the 2nd best dealer I've been to in 40 y I would like to start by saying that we visited 9 dealerships in the past 2 weeks and Park Ford of Wesley Chapel had the nicest, most friendly and pol I would like to start by saying that we visited 9 dealerships in the past 2 weeks and Park Ford of Wesley Chapel had the nicest, most friendly and polite staff of all of them. Our salesman was Robert Vido, he was so friendly and imediatly put us at ease and began to ask us what we were looking for and although the specific model with the color and options was not in his inventory he spent a long time trying to find one for us within a 200 mile radius. When that did not work out we asked him to show us what he had in stock and he had several that we looked at. His vast knowledge of the many accesories and their operation was very impressive to me and after looking at all that was avilable we now had a better idea of what we wanted with the trim package we wanted and the safety features we needed in our opinion. In all Robert is a super star in his profession and should be recognized as such as he is so professional and so knowledgable as well as extreamly personable that would not hesitate to reccomend any one to see him if they wanted to buy a new Ford car or truck. I would also like to say that on the bussiness side of the experience I was referd to Carlos Gonzalez and once again there was another stand out employee that showed us all the respect and courtesy that anyone could ask for and his knowledge of financing was amazing and his was of presenting waranty packages was done in a no pressure presentation but it was more like two friends talking over about what would be the best thing to do and if I did not want something he just said OK, and that was it. By the way the other best dealer I was fefering to was a Ford dealer in Appomatix, Va. from who I bought my first new car from in 1972, I have always measured each and every dealer I gone to since then and to date only Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel has been their equal.
