Not only was I out a truck but also had to cancel some vacation plans, because I was unable to to pull my RV. The service manager offered an insulting $250.00, a not comparable rental car, and a not very heartfelt “I am Sorry.” They felt like they were doing me a favor, by fixing my truck. Stay away from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel this was their 3rd strike with me. More

During the past week, I had been searching We went to this dealership again to look at a 2016 Mustang GT convertible that I had driven a week earlier. During the past week, I had been searching the web and visiting other dealers to find a car I like for the price I wanted to pay. During that time, we didn't find a car with the options or price I wanted and didn't make any offers. We met with Rich Jodway again and worked with him for over 2 hours to get what I considered a fair price for my 2006 Mustang GT and a decent price on the new Mustang. Once we came to agreement, we met with Vincent Ippolito in finance to work out the details. Both guys were great. We arrived at the dealership at 5pm and they close at 8pm. Both guys stayed around until near 9pm to get this deal done with us driving the new Mustang home that evening. Vince had to miss out on his 5 yr old daughters birthday a little so this was a sacrifice for both guys. Go to this dealership and see these guys and I am sure you will be satisfied. More

In for a simple oil change. Just an oil change. My car was ready right on time. Will Smith is awesome always greets me with a big smile and knows my name. My tires are tricky and Just an oil change.
