Rescheduled service for ANOTHER full day with a different diagnosis ( after I probed numerous times and 7 hours of waiting). Decided not to take advantage of the suggested repair and my research tells me that the catalytic converter was still under warranty and SHOULD have been replaced at this service center. LIVID.... After a series of disappointing experiences at several other My recent purchase of a 2016 Ford Mustang was made easy by the sales team at Parks Ford. After a series of disappointing experiences at several other local Ford dealerships, where the salesmen attempted to push their 2015 leftovers on me even after I had told them that I intended to order my car as I wanted it from the factory, I found my self sitting across a desk from Robert Stephens. This is a man who is passionate about cars, who carries photos of smoking hot cars on his phone, and is friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to very quickly work out exactly what I wanted to order and negotiate an agreeable price on the spot. Robert Vido handled the details of the car order. The expected delivery date was 6 to 8 weeks initially. However, it was actually 10 weeks till the delivery of the vehicle. My wife and I were kept up to date on the status of the vehicle delivery and coddled over the phone and through e-mail as we quivered in anticipation. When the bright gleaming Stallion of Doom was delivered last Tuesday night, both Roberts took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle as well as set up the many electronic functions. As I drove away from Parks Fords of Wesley Chapel the memory of their beaming faces shall stay with me forever. In other words, I was completely satisfied with the entire buying process and have no complaints at all. Let's hope my good luck continues! More
