I purchased a vehicle on the evening of 11/17/15. Within 12 hours (the morning of 11/18/15) of purchasing a 2000 Mercury Grand Marqui from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, (David Bonsey was the salesman and one of the managers or financial wizards had to put their approval on purchase), I had buyers remorse and attempted to explain the facts and "whys" I didn't want the car. AFTER purchase I looked up Kelly blue book value and found it to be half of "THE GREAT DEAL" they were giving me. I paid $7,000 for a car listed in Kelly Blue Book with a value of $2051.00-$2901.00. I'm not driving the car so I've not put miles on it. They won't return my call, always with other customers. Made mistake of paying cash so I can't stop payment of check. Today is 11/12/15 and I still haven't heard from either customer service, sales, or manager. I have a feeling they are simply waiting out 72 hours so I will NEVER get my money back. 1/29/2016 Worst company EVER. That's what they deserved due to their service all-around (except the receptionist). Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel has been and continues to be seriously deficient in all areas of customer service. Customers ARE NOT their primary concern; the big bucks are. They (management) are just plain awful and totally unprofessional. DO NOT EVEN DRIVE THROUGH THEIR PARKING LOT. THE VULTURES ARE JUST WAITING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE NEXT UNKNOWLEDGEABLE & UNINFORMED, TRUSTING PERSON TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF. It certainly is disgraceful that these men (I use this term very gingerly as there's not a bone in my body nor breath in my lungs that believes the male management are honest, stand-up, trustworthy characters possessing the qualities of a decent human being. Doing "the right thing" isn't part of these "managers" managerial skills. Their momma's & daddy's should've spent a few more years teaching these boys how to respecting people, in general; customers, specifically. The "management" could have, should have, shown a little more respect and honesty towards any and all who walk through their doors, especially since, as. a twenty year, 100% disabled, Air Force retiree, I put them & the rest of my/our country first and foremost, standing ready to fight, defend & lay down my life for this country and every soul in it. THIS IS MY THANKS FROM PARKS FORD OF WESLEY CHAPEL!! Disgraceful!!!! More

Awesome I called Robert Vido to verify the car was still available and drove around 60 miles to look at this beautiful preowned Mustang GT Premium. Robert had the car pulled out front and proceeded to give a great presentation of the car. Explained in detail the Ford Certified program, history of the car and answered all of my questions. Robert was very pleasant, honest and easy to communicate with. He worked hard to meet my offer and he ultimately sold me the car. If your looking for a new Ford or preowned car . Worth the drive! We purchased a 2008 town n country van last weekend. Our salesman Joe Della Fave was super nice and very attentive to our 7 year old while waiting. We purchased a 2008 town n country van last weekend. Our salesman Joe Della Fave was super nice and very attentive to our 7 year old while waiting. The nice woman watching the front even brought him a snack and a drink. The gentleman that did our financial deal was also very attentive to our son. He asked him trivia while going through the otherwise boring process for a 7 year old. The two things that I want to mention about Joe, are first, it was pouring down rain when we were finished with the paperwork and he drove our new vehicle right up to the door so that we wouldn't get soaked. And secondly, we were missing a few headrests when we purchased the van and Joe said he would look around for them. Imagine our surprise when he called a few days later and said that he found them. What a pleasant experience start to finish. More
