GREAT Car Purchase/Service Experience! This was my first experience with Ford (and this dealership). I purchased a certified Explorer. I've had poor experiences with dealers in the past, so This was my first experience with Ford (and this dealership). I purchased a certified Explorer. I've had poor experiences with dealers in the past, so I went into this with extreme hesitation. Thankfully, I knew the car I wanted, so the selection process was fast and easy. Sarita made the sales experience both professional and personal. Even when pointing out a couple of very minor things that needed to be fixed on the car, she and the manager made accommodations without any hesitation. I felt like i left the dealership with an AMAZING deal! Sarita maintained great communication with me to assure I was happy with the vehicle and that the issues were addressed. After the purchase, i dealt with the service department to address minor issues from the initial sale. Rob Petron handled my case extremely well and was accommodating despite my work schedule. I'm very happy with the overall experience - they've acquired a long-term customer! More

The first thing that impressed me was the way Dorian Sinclair showed me every little detail in the new Ford Edge I was interested in. He has a real passion for his job and took time to answer any question I had and informed me of many details I wouldn't know to ask. I feel I got an excellent price on my new car and believe me, I did a lot of homework and visited other Ford dealers, but none could compare to Parks Ford! I drove from Clearwater and I will recommend Dorian Sinclair and Parks Ford to all my friends. We are an active duty military family and this was my first time purchasing without my husband present, it couldn't have gone smoother, and I love the military rebate they offer!
