Mike Cash was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of our time and needs. We negotiated the deal the next day and he had the paperwork ready to go when we came in that night. I expected to be there for a couple of hours at least to purchase the car, but Mike and Vincent (who we worked with in finance) had us in and out in an hour.
