Robert was very thorough and patient in explaining the options and finding us the exact vehicle we wanted. Had bought an Explorer at Parks Ford in 2014 from another sales associate and returned because that was the easiest car transaction I had ever experienced. This time with Robert in Sales and Paul in Finance was a similar experience. Parks Ford also has an excellent, customer-oriented service department that we use for all services including oil changes and tire rotations. More

Vehicle Purchase We arrived at the dealership shortly before closing time. We had been shopping various dealerships throughout the day for our daughter's first vehicl We arrived at the dealership shortly before closing time. We had been shopping various dealerships throughout the day for our daughter's first vehicle. Though it was close to closing time, we were greeted by a young salesman by the name of Eathan Brandt. Esthan was so pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the vehicle that caught my daughter''s. He answered all of our questions and reviewed the safety rating of the vehicle, explained how it was built and the safeguards implemented in the vehicle. This part ular vehicle had a spacious trunk and low and behold, Eathan actually got in the trunk to show us. This was over and above and absolutely awesome. We did purchase the vehicle and though tired Eathan was all smiles walked my daughter through all of the.vehicle features. Do not stand by certified pre-owned vehicles I recently purchased a used ford fusion from parks and made an appointment for my 1st complimentary oil change. My check engine light had come on abo I recently purchased a used ford fusion from parks and made an appointment for my 1st complimentary oil change. My check engine light had come on about a week after purchasing the vehicle which I figured I would have them look at during the oil change. The person who took my reservation failed to put in the notes that I also wanted to have the check engine light looked at. So when I got to the dealer I was informed they could not look at the check engine issue since it would take too long. I was also informed I would have to pay $100 and possibly more depending on parts and labor. I thought the 172 point inspection would have diagnosed a sensor issue and the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty would cover such issue. Not at all. They were happy to schedule another appointment for me to come in which I live 45 minutes away but of course I would have to pay when I feel this issue should have been covered or diagnosed during the inspection. The service department was not very apologetic for not having my service appointment correct to begin with and did not seem to care at all about the check engine light from the vehicle I purchased from their dealership. I will not go back to Parks Ford for any type of service issue in the future. Very disappointed at the way the my first visit to the service center went. More
