He was extremely rude and his answers were extremely odd any one knows both co signer and purchaser names appear on title and regrestation .. But for tag reason the car should be registered person driving car.. Both names on tile only one register driver... Overpayment of tag... Wrong name for registered driver.. I was cross shopping Subaru and Audi for a year end deal (on whim.). I requested communication by email only. Monday AM my cell phone blew up! Robert Vido was the only person who respected my request. We worked out a sales price via text. Once I drove the RS I was hooked. One counter offer for my trade and we had a fair deal. Easiest and fastest purchase yet. Very happy with my experience. More

Unpleasant customer service Will not recommend dealership. Saw a car advertised on car gurus Husband drive 162 miles round trip to be told vehicle was not there on 12/15. I then contacted web person and she assured me that it was at a sister dealership and would be back on Wealey Chapel property on Monday 12/18. I contacted web person and also spoke with salesman who assured me vehicle was there. I asked that the vehicle be detailed for purchase and he said it was and that it would be again when finalized. I made a appt with salesman to be there at 1:00pm on 12/18 as I am again driving 164 miles round trip. At 12:53 was told vehicle just sold I was literally 2 minutes away. No one had the decency to contact me to say that they may have a sale pending as this s sale was completed by the time I arrived angryand mad at dealership before 1:00pm. Manager told me he can't hold vehicles why make appts then. Just proved that they were more concerned about the almighty dollar and not customer service. My husband was ready to purchase said vehicle on that Friday 12/15 had they had it at Wesley Chapel and never offered the whereabouts the vehicle actually was at supposedly sister dealership More

Easy straight forward experience. Had been searching several months for a new Ford truck and could not find what I wanted. Went on to my Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union website and found a link where they will assist in your purchase of your next vehicle. Entered a little info and within 15 minutes got a call from Will Bozeman. I talked to him for a few minutes explaining what I was looking for and he said he would see what he could find. Later that day I received an email with the description and picture of a truck that met my criteria. Called Will up and met him later that evening to discuss details. The truck was in Georgia and Will picked it up and they delivered it 3 days later. The financing and warranty part of the process was straight forward and informative. At no time during this entire experience did we feel pressured in any way. This was the easiest and best experience we have ever had in the purchase of a vehicle.
