Robert was not only helpful with the whole process but very knowledgeable on the truck we were interested in. We ended up driving off the lot in a 4 door CPO F-150 under our anticipated budget we wanted. Most amazing car buying experience!!!! I am totally shocked at the absolute professionalism of this dealership as a whole. I purchased a 2015 ram 2500 diesel from Tim MacNab and the manager I am totally shocked at the absolute professionalism of this dealership as a whole. I purchased a 2015 ram 2500 diesel from Tim MacNab and the manager was Frank Lacey. We actuallly received a great deal on the first pencil, Tim made me feel like i was a lifelong friend. He was extremely knowledgeable about a product that normally isn’t sold in his dealership. He literally knew more about the Ram truck than a ram dealership would. He offered me a test drive which I actually declined, thinking I wouldn’t even be approved for the truck. The dealership believed in me and fought for me to achieve financing. At a great rate BTW!!! Paul Stokes was my finance manager, who had actually sold me an incredibly well priced extended warranty. I couldn’t believe how much this place cared about a used car deal. I was treated like the most important customer in the dealership. Another huge thing to note was the fact that when I addressed a small issue with the vehicle 4,000 miles after i took delivery of the truck, these guys stood behind me and took care of the truck. As much as i was a huge Ram truck fan, i would actually switch over to ford simply because of the service and the support this dealership offers. Whatever you guys are doing, please never stop. You WILL change the car buying experience for everyone, you’ve changed it for me and earned a customer for life. Thank you so much!!!!! More

Arden Fuller was our Sales Consultant and did an amazing job listening to our situation and figuring out our wants and needs towards our new vehicle. Due to my husband's work we had to wait until after the New Year to finalize the purchase of our vehicle. During this time Arden and Paul Stokes in the Finance department worked out all the details and when we came to get our new 2017 Ford Fusion we were pleasantly surprised with our APR and monthly payments. I feel like Paul and Arden went above and beyond in selling us this vehicle. The customer service was great. We live in Brandon and traveled to Wesley Chapel because we were told it had better customer service and it definitely did.
