Mr whitehead was very helpful and pleasant to work with I give him a 9 Perhaps I wasn’t as prepared as I should have been Thought all service. Diagnosis (of a camera issue) took far too long. First appointment, two full days and the truck didn't move from its parking spot. Waste of my time. Had to get come my truck back. Poor customer service and communication. Recall took 6 plus weeks and all covered parts were not replaced. Car did not operate after completion. Battery dead on car also. Multi-point inspections were different despite the car being held in service department the whole time. Did not offer rental or any accommodations. I would never recommend buying or getting car serviced there to anyone. More

Told couldn't turn rotors due to mechanical issues with machines. Asked to bring SUV back the next day. Then told couldn't turn rotors because they would be too thin. Rotors on this SUV have never been tur machines. Asked to bring SUV back the next day. Then told couldn't turn rotors because they would be too thin. Rotors on this SUV have never been turned. Should be able to turn rotors several times before needing to be replaced. I don't ride the breaks or jam hard on them. Pretty much feel they just were looking for an easy way out and more money in their pocket, not that they couldn't turn my rotors. More
