I was looking for a used car within my budget and I found it at Royal. Andre greeted me with a smile and it never left his face. All of the folks at Royal made the buying experience easy, stress free and pleasant. Each person that we dealt with was very professional and understood their product extremely well. They addressed all of our questions immediately and thoroughly. They offered a very fair price for our trade in and neogtiated fairly on the price of the new vehicle. The salesperson, Doug Forthuber, was very helpful and made sure that we were satisfied and understood everything about the new vehicle. He has followed up several times since the purchase. We also had the opportunity to work with one of the owners, Drew Mugford, who also made sure that we were well satisfied with the process and the pricing of both the used and new vehicle. Both of these gentlemen went the extra mile and we appreciated it. Overall, an outstanding experience and I would recommend Royal to anyone interested in a Chevy product. More
I dropped off my Chevy Impala due to water on floor board of right floor front and back.Told them it was not from rain and did not happen when the A.C. was on.However it did happen when I had the heat on def of right floor front and back.Told them it was not from rain and did not happen when the A.C. was on.However it did happen when I had the heat on defrost.Got called the next day late afternoon by Vince to be asked if I had my windshield replaced lately,which I replied no.Was told that I might need a new windshield.(Never did I have water leaking through the windshield) but the windshield was not a GM product.I have owned the car for 4 1/2 years and have never had a problem.If it was replaced it had been the previous owner. Meanwhile the technician was still looking over the car. Recieved a call the next day Nov.9th by Vince to tell me there was a crack in the seal cowl and this part is no longer manufactured so his technician will try to adhese this back and we will wait for this to dry and I could pick my car up that eve.Picked up my car drove 10 minutes down the road stopped for some dinner before I needed to be at church.When the overhead lights came on I noticed the carpet had been damaged on the console and various places.My neighbor and I used a wet-vac the night before and there was nothing wrong with the carpet.Long story short everyone from the service writer to the service manager to the owner denies the damage occurred at Royal Chevrolet.(not to mention the original problem was never fixed correctly so I took the advise of the owner and brought it to another Chevrolet dealership and had it fixed correclty)Never would I recommend this dealership because of their dishonesty. Sent our car title to a finance company even when there we didn't finance the car. Now have wasted several weeks trying to track down the title and still haven't been successful. Salesman lied to us about where it was originally and how long it would take to get it. In addition, he hasn't tried to help us fix the problem he caused. At our first service, we were told a loaner car would be available but it hadn't been arranged. Luckily they were able to find one after I had wasted an hour waiting trying to arrange other transportation. Also trying to refuse to turn work in under warranty and charge us instead. Without a doubt, the worst dealership and salesman we have ever had the displeasure of working with. Will never buy another vehicle from here and probably not another GM product. Should have stuck with Dodge and Whitten Brothers dealership which has always been fantastic. More

I'm a car salesman's worst nightmare. Thinking I know more than I'll ever get credit for, I go in ready, waiting for something to be unclear so I can start typing away. I wouldn't even want to sell to me! Somehow, through all the ringers I put him in, all the research I asked him for, all the hoops he jumped through, Andre Morris still found a way to find my perfect needle out of all the hay! He truly listened to all of my needs and wants, became an excellent researcher of my style, and was extremely patient during my search. He definitely earned my business and I will look for him when I'm ready for my next purchase! It is without reservation that I recommend Andre Morris as TOP SALESMAN!!! More
George Byrnes of Royal Chevrolet, got me in a vehicle in my time of need despite my current financial situation. My credit was horrible, HORRIBLE! Not only did he get me in a car, but also I received a warranty that will cover the vehilce until I am done paying for it, so even though it was used, I can drive it without worrying, "What will happen if this vehilce needs major work done?". I spoke with 6 other dealerships that all say they help those no matter what your credit profile. George Byrnes of Royal Chevrolet was the only one who actually meant it. The others would either give me high payments and expect a lot down, or wanted to give me something that was older than my trade-in, or not give me what my trade was worth. I gave George Byrnes of Royal Chevrolet my criteria for what I was looking for in a new vehilce. Low payment, check! Blue Book value for my trade, check! Little money down, check! Also a nice reliable used vehicle, Check! George Byrnes of Royal Chevrolet never steered me wrong and was honest from minute one, and I never felt pressure or uncomfortable with the purchase I made. He heard my plea for help and gave it to me in a reliable and new vehilce. Thank you! Royal Chevrolet for helping those with financial hardships and thank you George Byrnes for working there. More
