we purchased a new 2012 Equinox in 2/12 with a great experience. I referred a work collegue after that purchase who also bought a new Equinox( almost identical to ours). Unfortunately, 9/19/12 my husban experience. I referred a work collegue after that purchase who also bought a new Equinox( almost identical to ours). Unfortunately, 9/19/12 my husband was in an accident and the vehicle was a total loss. The good news was that he suffered only a chest contusion and bruises and did not require hospitilazation. Someone ran a 4 way stop at estimate of 45 mph and hit the front of the vehicle and spun him around. Obviously, the equinox is a very safe SUV. The following Monday, my husband went to Royal to look at cars while awaiting the settlement. We received the settlement on Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday we received a call from Mike; my husband inquired about a vehicle on the internet that was in transit. We were out cutting the grass when we both saw a silver Equinox coming down the road and then pulled in the drive. It was Mike from Royal Chevrolet. I might add that we were going out of town the next day for our 35th wedding anniversary that was on 9/23. We typically do not enjoy shopping for vechicles and do not usually purchase new cars. When we purchased the first one in 2/12 I told my husband to get what he wanted because it would probably be the last car purchase he would have. Little did i know how wrong i was. We liked the vehicle, the price and the personal delivery was unheard of! We said yes on the spot and made arrangements to sign the paperwork that following Monday when we returned. Mike even asked if we wanted the vehicle for the trip. Needless to say, it had been a stressful time after the wreck but the superior personal customer service was beyond imagination. I am greatly appreciative of both Mr. George Byrnes and Andre Morris, the two were truly a blessing. I purchased a car from down the street at Victory Nissan and was screwed over by Harry. I took the car back within twenty four hours; luckily I was allowed to get my trade back and hit the highway. I was in distress and feeling extremely anxious because my car was all messed up and I was over 150 miles from my house. The truth was that I am a single father of two little kids and needed a car. I parked my car and walked a few miles looking at cars. When I got to Royal I saw a car I liked and Andre came outside to help me. He assisted me, was calm, professional; and went far and beyond to answer any question I had. He didn't rush me or pressure me into purchasing the car. I told him I would go for a walk and possibly return for a test drive. I continued my walk and about an hour later I HAD to go back to Royal. Andre allowed me to test drive the car that interested me. While on the test drive he never asked me to purchase the car, he was calm; and kept it real with me on how their business worked. I told him I thought I wanted to try and purchase the car; I was concerned about some scratches on the hood; however A.M. said he would get his guys to clean the car up (buffing)the concerned areas. Meanwhile, George took over helping in the finance department; he and the Lord worked miracles. Mr. Byrnes worked with numbers that I didn't agree with and he never kicked me out; he said, "Let me see what else I can do for you". He did just what he said. He was able to find a bank that financed me! He stayed in my selected price range and made it possible for me to drive away the same day in the vehicle of my preference. It felt even better knowing that I had a warranty and my kids love the vehicle as well. Oh, I didn't add that Andre did get my car cleaned, buffed; etc. like he said he would. About a month ago my car was totaled in a bizarre parking accident and the insurance company suggest that I take it to Royal Collision for repair. Fast forward a few weeks and I am the proud owner of a beautiful 09 Chevy Malibu :) Pros: - no pressure - George B worked his butt of to get me financed and within my payment range, he even went so far as to lower the cost over 1k just to meet that need - Bobby said "I have the perfect car for you." True to his word, the Red Malibu he showed me the next day was a beauty! Love at first sight :) - friendly staff Cons: - thought the check engine light was fixed BEFORE purchase. I had to take it in afterwards (although they provided me a loaner while it was being fixed) - had a brake issue that had to be addressed a couple of times before it was fixed Overall: - great, friendly, no pressure staff - addressed my needs quickly and professionally would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family More

Doug was super responsive to my phone calls and emails, and Bob worked out a deal for me that included some replacement tires that will allow me to drive the SS year round. I would definitely recommend dealing with Royal to anyone that wishes to have an easy deal. Additionally, I was happy with the trade in I received for mt 2010 Camaro.
