On January 15, 2014 Michael Yates, Royal Chevrolet Sales Representative, took extra care and time to set up my blue tooth system in my car and paired my cellular phone to my 2014 Cruze LT. He also demonstr Representative, took extra care and time to set up my blue tooth system in my car and paired my cellular phone to my 2014 Cruze LT. He also demonstrated how to use the blue tooth system through my touch screen panel to access my phone operations. And on January 24, 2014 Michael Yates downloaded OnStar onto my cellular phone for mobile remote use with my car and demonstrated how to use my phone to access OnStar remote system. He also set my phone for easier use and set the configuration in my car for my radio system. Michael Yates was not my Sales Representative when I bought my 2014 Cruze LT on January 3, 2014 yet he took the extra care and time to please me as a Royal Chevrolet customer. This is going "beyond the call of duty” and shows great pride in his job and for the customers at Royal Chevrolet. He was very professional and considerate to honor my requests and questions. Thank you Mr. Del Mugford, Mr. Ron Carter, Mr. Luke Reid and Mr. Michael Yates for treating me like royalty. Just picked up my 2014 Stingray from Royal Chevrolet. The overall sales experience could not have been better. From the ordering/buying process through the final delivery of my vehicle the entire Royal staf overall sales experience could not have been better. From the ordering/buying process through the final delivery of my vehicle the entire Royal staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Steve Castillo, Bob Moore and Dino Capocelli made the experience very enjoyable. Of course, this was not a surprise as I've purchased from Royal on numerous prior occassions and they've always been great. I would also like to note that my prior service experiences at Royal have also been great. Vince Lepore has always been very professional, competent and friendly. I have no reservations about referring friends to Royal for their next vehicle! More
I came in looking for a pre owned suburban and Jordan Sears was outside in the cold waiting to help, he was very friendly and treated me with respect. I went in for a car repair and that service was great. However, while waiting for repair a Salesman convinced me he had a great deal in a used car. After a test drive and sales talk from salesman, I promise to buy the car. Next day I bought the car and no longer than 2hrs of the purchase the car ran hot. Royal refuse to give money back but offer repairs. I said ok. They told me they repaired the car. Later I found out the only thing they did was put anti-freeze in car. Not less than 12hrs of receiving car Chk Engine light came on and car ran hot. I took car back for 2nd time. They said they would repair it. I picked up car for a 3rd time and had it for a week and the car ran hot again and chk engine light came on. This time I went to another dealer and they told me my water pump had a leak and I needed a themostat. Other issues I had with this sale is that the salesman told me that Royal bought the car from an auction, later I found out it was a trade-in. Disturbing to me they did not check the car out before selling it to me. My mistake was trusting the dealership. I paid for the repairs for the new dealer and promise not to buy a used car from Royal again. More
