I would not recommend this dealership. I boght a 2013 Chevrolet Cruize. They put an extended warranty on thecar, yet never gaveme any paper work to know what the warranty covers. My experience was great!. I was stressed during the car buying process and Royal Chevrolet was a blessing. At the time I was working 3 jobs with no vehicle. My credit wasn't perfect and I had a reasonable buying process and Royal Chevrolet was a blessing. At the time I was working 3 jobs with no vehicle. My credit wasn't perfect and I had a reasonable amount for a down payment. Everywhere else that I went they just kept asking for more whether it was down payment, income, or a cosigner. I am happy to say Royal Chevrolet and Ron Carter worked with me and I am now in a vehicle that I absolutely love. I was offered a full time position making great money soon after getting my vehicle and it feels great to know that I can get there.
