Great experience I worked with Jason and Luke for my purchase. I had found the car online and had inquired and ended up talking with Jason. I had originally been look I worked with Jason and Luke for my purchase. I had found the car online and had inquired and ended up talking with Jason. I had originally been looking between here and another dealership in Chesapeake, VA for my Outlander Sport. I went in to see him on a Monday for a test drive, he was great. He had a great attitude and was fun to talk to. He told me that he was interested in 'earning' my business rather than just getting it. I really liked him, but I'm not the type of person who can make a decision based on only seeing one car, so I told him I was looking at another car. He wasn't pushy or offended or anything that I was looking elsewhere. Well, I went to Chesapeake the next day for the test drive of the other car and it was probably the worst experience I could have had at a dealership (I'll get to the review on their site later). On my way home from there, I called Jason and told him I was definitely going to buy the car from him. It was my shock of going from someone like Jason (who couldn't have been more interested in what I wanted, asked, etc) to someone who didn't even want to talk to me at the other dealership that really made me realize how good it was at Royal. After I decided to buy, I was talking to Luke for financing. He was also great, and listened to my silly inexperienced buyer questions and concerns. He worked with me to get the rate and length of loan that I wanted. No one tried to play games with me or otherwise take advantage of my inexperience in car buying. I appreciate it! Once we got home and was more relaxed looking at it the passenger door had a lot of chips in it. We will have to take it to the body shop by the end of the month and have that door repainted. More

AWESOME! Why go anywhere else? After dealing with an unprofessional Ford dealer I decided to look at a Chevy car. To my surprise Tammy was great & showed us what we were looking for After dealing with an unprofessional Ford dealer I decided to look at a Chevy car. To my surprise Tammy was great & showed us what we were looking for. Even negotiation with Bob, the New Car Manager was pleasant. Everything whet smooth & I took home a new 2014 Cruze. Costumer service didn't stop there. Two days after my purchase Dino, the Finance Manager contacted us to let us know that our 0% APR finance that we took was NOT the best deal. If we took the 1.9% APR we could get more rebates & save an additional $840.00 (my husband did the math too). What deal call you to save you more money? Their business is to sell cars but they provide great customer service, save YOU money & make sure that you are happy with your purchase. We'll be back very soon for a car for my daughter! More
